Hi everyone! As suggested by James, posing the idea of a hackathon in this thread.
We’re thinking of making a hackathon dedicated to the decentralization and Web3. We want to build the next web and would happily invite anyone who is on the same path! The dates would be, for example, Nov 23-24.
Idea is to engage more people into the Web3 movement and provide an opportunity for them to have hands-on experience with the tech. The goal is not to have some quality apps, but rather to bring new excited people to the ecosystem.
Fluence Labs team will manage the venue, logistics, and promotion. Fluence is building an open-source, decentralized cloud platform.
Ideally, we’d like to invite 1 or 2 other projects to showcase more of the decentralized tech and spark more ideas of what could be built with it.
During these two days, there will be hacking, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and of course, food, drinks, demo time in the end along with prizes for the winners.
What do you think? Would be happy to discuss!
